Shipping and delivery

Orders & Shipping

When will my print dispatch?

All items are prepared to order so please allow approx 1-2 weeks processing time for all orders. I will, however, always endeavour to process your print as quickly as possible.

If your custom order is being dispatched by Parcelforce I'll provide tracking as soon as it is posted.

How much is shipping?

All print orders receive free shipping to UK using Royal Mail First Class ‘Signed For’.

No order minimum.

Currently, I ship to the United Kingdom only via this website. If you want to order for further afield please email me and I can make it work.

How will my order be packed?

Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in wide (100mm diameter) hard protective card tubes.

How will my order be sent?

All orders within UK are posted by either Royal Mail First Class ‘Signed For’ or Parcelforce for physically larger orders and will require a signature on delivery. When checking out please ensure that you supply a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item.

Can I cancel or alter my order?

Orders for prints may be cancelled or altered provided I have not initiated production for your order. Let us know as soon as possible via lindsay@asenseofsomeplace.org, and I'll see what I can do.

I’ve entered some incorrect information, what should I do?

If you have provided incorrect information such as a delivery address, email address or telephone number etc., please contact us at hello@landskapp.co.uk as soon as possible so I can rectify the info before shipping out your order. Unfortunately, if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out by the time you contact me, you may be responsible for any extra costs incurred.

When you receive your print ..

Upon receipt, please remove the print from the tube very carefully to avoid marking the print in any way. Gently unwrap the print, lie it face up with the tissue paper covering and place several heavy books on top and allow to sit for a day or two to flatten the print ready for hanging or framing.
