Welcome to Arteri! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from our shop hosted on Big Cartel. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

This shop is operated by Lindsay Perth / Arteri. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the shop owner.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments are securely processed through Big Cartel’s payment system (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Prices are listed in [Currency] and may change without notice.
4. Shipping
Currently the orders are Print On Demand. I will do my best to get prints ordered and posted within 7 days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
5. Returns & Refunds
I'm afraid I can not accept returns. But contact me and lets discuss if any issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, and content in this shop are the property of Lindsay Perth.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our products, images, or text without written permission.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
